Tulip Bloom at the Paine
May 10, 2020 to May 25, 2020
Each spring, the Paine's blooming tulips are a beloved spectacle, and we are heartbroken that the Paine gardens must remain closed throughout May due to the pandemic. In response, we will be sharing many photos and videos of the tulip bloom on our website and social media for all to enjoy. More than 15,000 bulbs were planted last fall, and the colorful display is going to be phenomenal.
Tulips originated from Persia and Turkey hundreds of years ago and the bulbs are prized for producing beautiful flowers. The tulips are located in a few different areas of the Paine property, including the front of the mansion, the Ceremony Garden and the Formal Garden. Each area of the property features many varieties of tulips in a spectrum of colors, shapes and sizes.
