Location & Parking

The Paine Art Center and Gardens is located at 1410 Algoma Boulevard, Oshkosh, WI 54901. Free parking, including accessible spaces, is available in these lots:

  • 1410 Algoma Blvd. (This small lot has limited parking spaces, but offers a drop-off area next to the Paine mansion)
  • 1413 Congress Ave. (Across the street from the Paine conservatory)

Parking is also available along surrounding streets. Please be sure to adhere to any parking restriction signs.

Join us for Tea Time or Sip & Savor

During Rooms of Blooms, the conservatory invites you to slow down and savor the moment with two delightful ways to linger among the florals. Join us for Tea Time, offered morning and afternoon and featuring fragrant teas paired with an assortment of treats. As evening falls, unwind at Sip & Savor, where a curated selection of wine and savory bites awaits.

Surrounded by blooms, it’s the perfect backdrop for a girls’ day out or an unforgettable date night.

Experience Extravagant Tablescapes

In the mansion’s Great Hall, designers renowned for florals, weddings, tea parties, and more private events unveil show-stopping tablescapes inspired by both original concepts and the latest trends. This special presentation offers a rare chance to step into the Great Hall, experience each tablescape up close, and even vote for your favorite to receive the People’s Choice Award. Whether gathering inspiration for an event of your own or simply admiring the artistry, you’ll be surrounded by creativity, detail, and elevated design.

Discover the Artistry of Floral Design

The beloved Rooms of Blooms floral show returns in early March bursting with blooms and elevated artistry, filling the historic Paine mansion with fresh fragrance, vibrant color, and creativity at every turn.

The 2026 edition complements the Paine’s exhibition Dancing with Life: Mexican Masks in the main gallery, where talented floral designers from all over the region showcase arrangements inspired by the artworks.

More designers present extravagant tablescapes in the great hall, where you can view them up close and vote for your favorite.

In the conservatory, the Paine’s Curator of Horticulture presents a major, immersive floral installation that transforms the space! You’re invited to wander among it, and enjoy tea time or wine and charcuterie among the blooms.

Rooms of Blooms is an experience designed to delight! Reservations are required.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are required for admission to Rooms of Blooms. Walk-ins are not able to be accommodated due to high popularity of the event – please make a reservation. Reservations are not required for Tea Time or Sip & Savor.

May I view the conservatory display without doing Tea Time and/or Sip & Savor?

Yes! Admission includes viewing the display in the conservatory. Tea Time and Sip & Savor are a separate cost.

May I bring a stroller?

The Paine encourages visitors with small children to use umbrella strollers, which are available at the entrance. Large strollers are not allowed.

May I take photos when I visit?

Yes, photography is allowed. Please do not use a flash and be considerate of other visitors and your surroundings. Tripods and/or selfie sticks are not allowed.

Is the event wheelchair-accessible?

The conservatory is wheelchair accessible. The mansion has an elevator for the second floor, however, a portion of the second floor is not wheelchair accessible. Please note that large wheelchairs may not fit through some doorways. The Paine has wheelchairs available that fit through all doorways. Wheelchairs are available at the mansion’s reception desk, and the mansion and conservatory are wheelchair-accessible.

Where do I park when I visit?

The Paine is located at 1410 Algoma Boulevard in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Visitors may park in the parking lot on Algoma Boulevard located next to the Paine mansion, which offers accessible parking spaces and a drop-off area near the entrance gate. A second lot with accessible parking is located at 1413 Congress Ave., across from the carriage house and conservatory. Visitors may also park along the street on Algoma Boulevard, Congress Avenue, and Elmwood Avenue.

Does the Paine close in winter weather?

The Paine remains open and all tours continue during winter weather conditions. The Paine only closes during the most extreme weather conditions and does not follow school or other closings. In the event of severe weather near the time of a reservation, please call 920-235-6903 or visit the Paine’s website or Facebook page for the most updated information.

I’m a Paine Member. What benefits do I receive for Rooms of Blooms?

Members receive free reservations to the floral show, and are able to begin making reservations on January 13. Individual Members receive free admission for one person. Family Members and higher receive free admission for two adults and accompanying youth. Members also receive a 10% discount on gift shop purchases. You can join or renew when making a reservation or visit the Membership page to learn more.

I’m a member of Community First Credit Union. What are my benefits?

Community First Credit Union members receive 2-for-1 admission.
