Festival of Spring is a free outdoor event featuring the Paine’s annual spring plant sale and numerous vendors of original art, fine crafts, plants, and garden supplies. As a great source for a wide selection of perennials, the Paine’s plant sale offers thousands of “tried-and-true” plants as well as new and hard-to-find varieties.
Throughout the day, enjoy free admission to the Paine mansion and gardens, an art activity for kids, tasty food, and live entertainment. Paine Members receive early admittance to the Spring Plant Sale at 8:00 am.

Location and Parking
Festival of Spring is located along the 1600 block of Congress Avenue. Parking is available in these locations:
- 1410 Algoma Blvd. (This small lot has handicap-accessible parking spaces)
- 1526 Algoma Blvd. (Martin Luther Church, just north of the Paine Mansion, with a requested donation)
- 1174 Algoma Blvd. (Algoma Boulevard United Methodist Church, just south of the Paine, with a requested donation)
Parking is also available along surrounding streets. Please be sure to adhere to any parking restriction signs.

Paine Members are admitted an hour early to the Plant Sale, at 8:00 AM to receive the first selection of plants. Members also receive a 10% discount on plant purchases throughout the day. Memberships are available for purchase at the gate for immediate early entrance and discounts.
