Nutcracker in the Castle
Safety Guidelines – 2021
To help ensure the safety of our staff and visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic, please adhere to the following guidelines when you visit.
Face Masks and Coverings
The Paine requires that all visitors wear face masks while indoors. (Children ages 2 and under do not need to wear a face mask.) Please plan to bring your face covering with you. If you are unable to wear a mask, we ask that you delay your visit until the risk of the pandemic recedes.
Please arrive as close to your reservation time as possible to avoid congestion at the mansion entrance. Guests arriving early will need to wait outdoors, as the Paine does not have enough lobby space to allow for social distancing.
We recommend that all visitors use hand sanitizer when entering the mansion and again before touching handrails and other surfaces.
We ask visitors to stay together with your group and maintain physical distance from staff and other visitors as much as possible.
Length of Visit
Please plan to spend approximately an hour or less inside the mansion to ensure maximum capacity of the building is not exceeded.
Illness or Exposure
If you or someone in your household are not feeling well, please wait to visit the Paine until you and everyone in your household are feeling better. If you have reason to believe you have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19, please plan to visit after an appropriate isolation period.
Public Health Recommendations
We encourage you to follow current public health recommendations as they may apply to you and your visit to the Paine.
If you have questions about your visit, please call the Paine during museum hours at (920) 235-6903 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be happy to assist you.
