Tour-goers will also enjoy a stop at the Hearthstone Historic
House Museum in Appleton, the first home in the world lit by
hydroelectricity! And, this summer the Hearthstone features The
Lost Photographs of Thomas A. Edison on view May 30 through November
7, 2009. The exhibition unveils a collection of artifacts including
published and unpublished photographs taken by photographer,
Lewis Lueder. Lueder was the official photographer to Mr. Thomas
A. Edison and manager of the Photographic Studio, part of the
Edison Laboratory organization from 1913 to the 1920’s. For more
