Wings of Spring
April 12, 2014
11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Family Discovery Gallery
After a long cold winter we welcome winged visitors back to our state. Birds, bees and butterflies are signs that our natural world will once again bring forth beautiful colors, wonderful fragrances and pleasant warm temperatures. To help Mother Nature along, Danielle Lokken has a project with pastel colored crayons and sticks used together in an unusual way. Does this sound interesting? Stop in our Family Discovery Gallery and take home something to hang and greet Spring!
Family Programs are offered on Saturdays in the Family Discovery Gallery on a drop-in basis from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The programs are geared for children ages 5-12. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No pre-registration is required. Programs are free with admission to the Paine (free for Paine Members and Big Brothers Big Sisters participants).
