Family Discovery Gallery
The common spring flower we call a tulip originated hundreds of years ago in the countries of Persia and Turkey. But once people in other countries discovered these elegant blooms, a sort of craze began so that before long, tulips were prized all over the world. You can find tulips blooming in gardens in Oshkosh and hundreds of tulip bulbs popping up in the Paine Gardens.
Family Programs are offered on Saturdays in the Family Discovery Gallery on a drop-in basis from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The programs are geared for children ages 5-12. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No pre-registration is required. Programs are free with admission to the Paine (free for Paine Members and Big Brothers Big Sisters participants).
