Your Coat of Arms
February 7, 2015
11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Family Discovery Gallery
Long ago knights and warriors carried coats of arms as a way to tell friend from foe. These coats of arms had pictures or words on them that told anyone who saw them a bit about the person who carried or displayed it. But before long, it became fashionable for any individual, families or even cities to design and display their own coats of arms. Think about what you would put on your own coat of arms. Mollie Turchan has a list of traditional colors and symbols to help you create what represents you.
